DESCRIPTION
Protein Whey is a protein supplement formulated with concentrated milk whey proteins obtained by ultrafiltration and spray drying, with the addition of vitamins and with the new and innovative RICE PUREX matrix.
RICE PUREX is a blend based on gamma oryzanol, protease, lactase and rice proteins, aimed at improving digestive processes.
Protein Whey is designed for all athletes who follow a diet aimed at increasing and maintaining muscle mass and who need a constant supply of quality protein in their diet.
Protein Whey is instantly soluble in water or milk. One serving provides about 25 g of whey protein of very high biological value (B.V. 100).
Protein Whey has a complete amino acid profile. The peptide fraction of the Whey Protein matrix contains 28% of glycomacropeptides, since the proteins used are instantaneous, ultrafiltered with a mixed extraction method without altering the polypeptide chains.
Protein Whey is a supplement also suitable for celiac or intolerant athletes because it is gluten-free.

If you are lactose intolerant or lactose sensitive, choose whey protein isolate, which contains very little lactose. The amount of lactose in whey protein concentrate is higher. As always, it is important to contact the manufacturer as the lactose content may vary from product to product.
Whey protein does not contain wheat protein or gluten. However, whey protein bars and drinks often contain added wheat-based ingredients, so be sure to check the list of ingredients.
Whey proteins have a clean and neutral taste. Whey proteins dissolve easily in liquids and give a pleasant sensation to the palate.
